- Add onion and garlic to bowl
- Speed 11 / 10 sec / stopper max
- Change to mixer blade
- Add oil
- Slow cook P1 / stopper out
- Add mince, break up with a spoon
- Slow cook P1 / stopper out
- Add all remaining ingredients
- Slow cook P2/ 30 min / stopper min
