• 60 g water room temperature
• 180 g caster sugar
• 16 g gelatin
• 60 g water boiling
• 10 g vanilla extract
• 4 drops food colouring optional

Instructions

1. Insert whisk
2. Add room temperature water and sugar to CC bowl
3. Speed 5 / 3 min / stopper maxi
4. At the same time, dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water
5. Add gelatin, vanilla extract and food colouring to CC bowl
6. Speed 6 / 2.30 min / stopper maxi
