  1. Insert ultrablade
  2. Add garlic and onion to CC bowl
  3. Speed 11 / 10 sec / stopper maxi
  4. Change to mixer blade
  5. Add olive oil
  6. Slow cook P1 / stopper out
  7. Add dried spices and preserved lemon juice
  8. Slow cook P1 / 2 min / stopper out
  9. Add chicken stock, preserved lemon peel and dates
  10. Slow cook P3 / 10 min / stopper out
  11. Add chicken
  12. Slow cook P3 / 10 min / stopper mini, or until cooked through
  13. Allow to automatically continue onto keep warm function
  14. Immediately remove stopper, addingĀ olives and parsley through the hole in the lid allow to keep warm for a 5 minutes to thicken and mix in olives and parsley
  15. Serve with smoked almonds sprinkled on top
