Sauce

Sponge

Instructions
Insert kneading blade
Add Sauce sugar and cocoa to bowl
Speed 10 / 15 sec / stopper max
Set aside
Add all Sponge ingredients to bowl
Speed 6 / 1 min / stopper max¹
Scrape down bowl and repeat step 6
Pour mixture into an oven safe dish²
Sprinkle over Sauce mixture
Remove blade
Rinse bowl
Fill bowl with water to the 0.7L line
Fit the deep external steamer
Place the oven safe dish in the steamer tray
Carefully pour hot boiled water all across the top
Put steamer lid in place
Steam P1
Serve warm, with ice cream
