  1. If using homemade buttermilk use an extra 20g cornflour
  2. This is approximately the amount of buttermilk left from making butter from 600ml of pure cream. Use the amount of buttermilk you have and top up to a total of 715g with milk
  3. The chocolate makes the pudding richer
