- 30 g brown sugar
- 60 g caster sugar
- 50 g cornflour¹
- 25 g cocoa
- 350 g buttermilk²
- 365 g milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract OR
- 1 tsp peppermint essence
- 100 g dark chocolate chips³ optional

- Insert whisk
- Add all ingredients
- Speed 6 / 90°C / 7 min / stopper max
- With 30 sec remaining, add flavouring extract and chocolate chips if using
Recipe Notes
- If using homemade buttermilk use an extra 20g cornflour
- This is approximately the amount of buttermilk left from making butter from 600ml of pure cream. Use the amount of buttermilk you have and top up to a total of 715g with milk
- The chocolate makes the pudding richer
